Liz Schroeder, Nurse Practitioner

Liz Schroeder, APRN-NP received her Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse in 2001 from the Grand Island Community College in Grand Island Nebraska. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2002 and a Master of Science Degree in 2008 from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She received national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Liz has been employed with Dr. Larry Baker since he opened his practice. She is excellent preparing you for your procedure and educating you for your surgical aftercare. She enjoys the pleasant, professional atmosphere of our office and welcomes the opportunity to assist our patients in any way possible. She is BLS and ACLS certified.

Surgical Staff

Laurie Pulver, RN

Laurie received her Diploma in Nursing in 1994 from Bryan Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Lincoln Nebraska. She has worked with Dr. Baker since he opened his practice. As part of our clinical staff, Laurie helps patients feel at ease during their procedures and answers any questions pertaining to their surgery. She is knowledgeable in a variety of anesthetic procedures. She is BLS and ACLS certified.

Linda Schwenka, RN

Linda received her Diploma in Nursing in 1983 from Mary Lanning School of Nursing in Hastings Nebraska. She has worked with Dr. Baker since 2007. As part of our clinical staff, Linda provides patients and family members with a safe, comfortable and pleasant experience. She is knowledgeable in a variety of anesthetic procedures. She is BLS and ACLS certified.

Front office

Heather Baker, Office Manager

Heather serves as the office manager and was a pivotal figure in building the practice in 2004. Her educational background includes receiving a Finance degree with an emphasis in Accounting in 1992 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She subsequently worked in the brokerage field for 12 years prior to becoming office manager.

Michelle Strom, Implant Coordinator

Michelle received her Diploma in Dental Assisting in 2002 from Central Community College in Hastings Nebraska. She has worked with Dr. Baker since he opened his practice. With the field of dental implants continually expanding, Michelle’s responsibilities have grown. She coordinates care between Dr. Baker and your restorative dentist. Michelle’s warm and caring personality is evident to those who meet her and her surgical skills make her an asset to our team. She is knowledgeable with insurance coordination and will aid patients in receiving insurance benefits. Should you have questions concerning insurance coverage, scheduling or payment due, she will be happy to assist you. She verifies correspondence with referring physicians and dentists.
